Francis Sultana, an illustrious client of Chef Matt Vella ranks as one of the world’s best interior and furniture designers. Not only has he been listed in AD100, but he was also recently featured in House and Garden Magazine.

The publication traveled to the designer’s home in Malta in order to gather photos for their feature and interview this endlessly talented artist. Chef Matt Vella had the great honor of catering the occasion, providing a private dining experience for the designer and his guests. As always, Chef Matt Vella labored affectionately over this event to create dishes meeting his client’s impeccable taste.

MASTER CHEF GRADUATION

Even the most talented chefs must continuously seek to expand the scope of their culinary knowledge in order to maintain their status at the helm of cuisine, and Chef Matt Vella is no exception. Hoping to further enhance his broad understanding of critical topics like food allergens and safety, Matt enrolled in the two-year course covering emerging topics in the industry.

Having now earned a Master Chef Diploma, Chef Matt Vella is overjoyed to have graduated the course with a distinction, and even ranked first among all of the skilled chefs who participated. The completion of this course is one more step in a long line of measures Chef Matt Vella intends to take throughout his career in order to ensure he remains at the forefront of his profession.
